Red Award

In 2012, I developed this campaign to raise critical awareness regarding domestic violence. Centered around the slogan, “There are countless excuses for violence against women, and as many tools of the crime…,” this project aimed to reveal, through a striking visual language, how violence is often falsely rationalized through everyday objects.

Concept & Execution: The campaign imagery is built upon the metaphor of an “evidence bag.” By framing common household items—a television remote, a soup ladle, or a book—as potential “weapons of crime,” the visuals confront the viewer with the unsettling reality of how domestic settings are transformed by violence.

Achievement: I am deeply honored that this campaign was recognized with a Red Award (Kırmızı Ödülü) in 2012 in the “Best Media Campaign” category. This recognition reinforced my belief in the power of design to drive social change and remains one of the most meaningful milestones in my career.
