What Is Photographed
Product shoots are planned around three main needs.
E-commerce and catalogue
Every product is photographed in a consistent frame so that form, colour and detail come across accurately.
Concept and campaign
Images built with composition, props and backdrops that tell the story of the product.
Packaging and detail
Close-up shoots that bring out packaging, labels, texture and material detail.
Who It Is For
Product photography is planned for brands that want to sell and present their products online or in print.
E-commerce sellers and brands
Consistent, clean catalogue images that show the true colour of the product, for your own site or marketplaces.
Cosmetics and personal care
In jars, bottles and packaging, texture, reflections and detail are kept under control; creams, serums and care products stand out.
Coffee, food and textiles
Concept and campaign images for coffee, packaged food, textiles and home products.
For menus and restaurant dishes, see Ankara food photography →
How a Shoot Works
Every shoot runs in four steps.
Brief and concept
The product, the audience and the channel the images will be used on are discussed; surface, props and lighting approach are set.
The shoot
In a studio setting; light and composition are built around the character of the product.
Selection and retouching
After colours and framing are adjusted, the frames are sent to you; the ones you select are retouched.
Delivery
The selected frames are delivered at the size and resolution of the channel they are meant for (for example Trendyol or Amazon), and also in original size for other channels.
Preparing for the Shoot
Products that arrive ready for the shoot shorten the process; three points are settled at the brief stage.
Product list
The products, variants (colour, size) and order of priority are collected in one list.
Preparing the products
Products are prepared before the shoot: ironing, folding and cleaning. For products sent by courier, this step is also completed before the shoot.
Where the images will be used
Marketplace, your own site, catalogue or campaign: backdrop, framing and sizes are planned to the requirements of the channel.
What the Price Depends On
Because the number of products and the concept differ for every brand, a quote is prepared around these points.
Products and images
The number of products, the frames wanted per product (front, side, detail) and variants.
Concept
White backdrop, image (concept) shoot or campaign; backdrop, texture and props prepared for each product group.
Retouching and usage
The extent of cleaning and colour retouching and where the images will be used.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which products do you photograph?
Cosmetics and personal care, coffee, textiles and accessories, as well as packaged food such as nuts; for packaged products the studio is the best setting. If yours is not listed, ask with a short brief.
How many products can be shot in a day?
It depends on the product and the type of shoot. For a bag on a white backdrop from 3-4 angles, up to 40-50 products a day can be shot. In an image shoot, the colour, texture and backdrop change for each product group, so a day does not go beyond 15-20 frames.
What is the difference between a white-background shoot and a concept shoot?
A white backdrop shows the product clean and comparable, which suits e-commerce and catalogues. In a concept shoot the product becomes part of a story through surface, props and light.
Can I send my products from another city?
Yes. Work covers Ankara, Istanbul and the whole of Turkey. Products are sent by courier; they are prepared first, the studio is set up for the agreed shoot, and the frames are sent to you once colours and framing are adjusted. This method suits products that need no model, such as towels and other textiles.
Do you shoot for marketplaces?
Yes. The frames you select are retouched and delivered at the size and resolution settings of the marketplace you will use, such as Trendyol or Amazon, and also in original size for other channels.
How long do the shoot and delivery take?
For a one-day shoot, delivery takes about 1-2 days. The shoot itself depends on the number of products, the set-up and the type of shoot.
Do you also shoot for restaurants and food?
Yes. For menu and dish shoots, see Ankara food photography.
How is the price determined?
It depends on the scope of the shoot (number of frames, location, retouching and usage). A quote follows a short brief.
